WWW Wednesday

Hi everyone! I thought I would participate in WWW Wednesday today. This meme is hosted by Sam over at Taking on a World of Words. After posting the blog and answering the questions, link your post in Sam’s comments that way we can all interact together =)

The questions are:
1. What are you currently reading?
2. What did you recently finish reading?
3. What do you think you’ll read next?

What are you currently reading?

I am currently reading Empire of Storms (Throne of Glass #5) by Sarah J. Maas and so far I am LOVING ALL OF IT!! I am so very happy that I got into this world again, I missed it so much. I also missed a lot of these characters. I just hope I don’t catch a book hangover after reading it because there is so many books to pick up!

What did you recently finish reading?

I recently finished and reviewed Nevernight by Jay Kristoff. I absolutely loved it and if you want to read my non-spoiler review, then please click here. In my opinion, I think it’s amazing and if you like dark fantasy, then READ IT!

What do you think you’ll read next?

If you don’t know, then take note!!! I AM THE BIGGEST MOOD  READER EVER! TBRs (to be read) aren’t a thing for me. So far I’ve been doing good with my “rest of the year TBR” but these two aren’t even on the list. I’m not sure which one I will start because it really depends on how I feel after I finish Empire of Storms. Everything, Everything by Nicola Yoon is a YA Contemporary and Labyrinth Lost by Zoraida Cordova is a YA Fantasy/Paranormal. You see how different these two are??? Let’s see though. I want to get to both soon eventually.

Have you read any of these? What did you think?

*****Each title of every book mentioned takes you to the Goodreads page and all photos were taken by me.

  1. Can I just say that I am LOVING the photos?!?! (EOS & Sunflower being my fave), The way EOS is going, I feel like if we had any vacation days that we’d probably devour it & be destroyed afterwards lol. hmmmm…decisions decisions….I loved Labyrinth Lost & it’s in the season haha but I also want & need to read Everything Everything soon…

  2. Ohh I hope you enjoy Empire of Storms. I finished reading it myself earlier this week and just loved it, also to avoid a book hangover I started reading YA contemporary books after finishing, that may help if you’re worried about it.
Also I’m so glad to see you enjoyed Nevernight as well, I can’t wait to see your review!
And I hope you enjoy Everything Everything and Labyrinth Lost too, I’ve heard great things about both books and really need to pick them up myself soon as well! 😀

  3. Me, too! I switch books by the day based on my mood. That’s why my Goodreads looks like I have multiple personalities. 🙂 I’m reading Labyrinth Lost right now and it’s awesome. Loving the magic and everything about this book so much. Ooh and I so agree with you on Nevernight. I did a buddy read of that with Drew back in July and that was a rave for me. The signed first edition is now my favorite bookish item. I can’t wait for the next one. 🙌

    • Lol I can definitely see the multi personality thing for myself too cause I can seriously jump into a thriller to a YA fantasy to a new adult like nothing!!! Happy to hear that you’re enjoying Labyrinth Lost, all I hear is good things =) and I definitely need the second book to nevernight. Cause ommmggggg that book can go anywhere after those plot twist.

      • Right! I’m all over the place. I hop genres like crazy. Drew has me on an adult dark fantasy kick now. Yes! Nevernight was awesome. I wanted to know more about Mia and that whole world and how she got those powers. I thought that was such a cool idea. I will be bugging St. Martin’s Press for an ARC next year. Most def!

      • We will probably get all those answers in the second book so I definitely look forward to knowing more about her. I hope you do get the second arc since you got the first one and gave it a awesome review! *fingers crossed for ya*
