1. What’s the story behind your blog name?
   Chic Nerd Reads
   Chic because it means stylish and elegant, and I love dressing up and looking cute (even though I have my “I don’t care what I look like” days). Nerd because I feel like I identify with being a nerd/geek. So my blog name is basically saying “a stylish elegant nerd that reads”
2. Do you plan your posts before writing them or are you more spontaneous?
   Anything that is book related is definitely planned. All my personal writing tends to be spontaneous, unless I remember a certain poem from a few weeks back that I would like to post.
3. Is there any book that you could read over and over again without getting bored?
   Umm I’m not so sure because I don’t re-read books.
4. Who’s your favorite Talk Show host?
   I don’t watch much TV to say.
5. Would you rather read the book first and then watch the movie or vice versa?
   I would rather read the book first and then watch the movie.
6. Have you ever gotten the opportunity to meet your idol? (It can be anybody, a celebrity, author, singer, and so on.)
   I don’t have an idol, however I did get to meet two of my all-time favorite authors at the same time and it was one of the greatest experiences ever. I met Ellen Hopkins and Lauren Oliver, wow they’re such wonderful women.
7. How many languages can you speak?
   Two, Spanish and English.

1. If characters were real, who would you want to be?

2. If you had a chance to meet your doppelganger which book would you tell them about?
   Wow this is so hard to answer lol! Probably Shadow Falls by C.C. Hunter, Rooms by Lauren Oliver, and anything written by Ellen Hopkins.
3. What book would you save if your house was set on fire?
   I’d save my dog. I would cry for all my books but my dog would be my first thought. Sorry to my library.
4. If you had a chance to re-write one book which would it be?
   I am going to choose a recently finished book and that is How to Hang a Witch by Adriana Mather because of that ending!!!
5. What is your favourite thing in a book that when you find it there it changes everything?
   It depends on the book and character.
6. If you had a chance to move to one country in the world which would it be?
   Probably somewhere in the UK.
7. If you had a magical power, which would it be?
   Read minds. I love knowing what people think.

   This is a very hard question that I never know how to answer.
2. How and when do you usually post your book reviews?
   I don’t really have a set day to schedule a book review. However, I do try to write a book review either immediately or most 2 days after finishing it because it’s still fresh on my mind.
3. What is your favorite postion to read in (not trying to be creepy, I swear)
   The sitting position if I’m reading physical copy or laying down if I’m on my kindle.
4. What is the first book that you remember reading?

   I can’t play music when I read. Although I’ve been recently getting into instrumentals lately.
